Restaurace byla otev\u0159ena v roce 2000 a pat\u0159\u00ed do skupiny Aqua Restaurant Group, kter\u00e1 provozuje 25 dal\u0161\u00edch restaurac\u00ed v Hongkongu, Pekingu a Lond\u00fdn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed restaurace a prostor<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Restaurace Hutong se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v Kowloon-u, \u010dtvrti Tsim Sha Tsui v 28. pat\u0159e budovy na ulici One Peking. Byl jsem informov\u00e1n, \u017ee restaurace m\u00e1 b\u00fdt jednou z nejlep\u0161\u00edch restaurac\u00ed ve m\u011bst\u011b specializuj\u00edc\u00ed se na \u010d\u00ednskou kuchyni. Moje rezervace byla ud\u011bl\u00e1na na ned\u011bli v 13:30, a na m\u00edsto jsem se dostavil p\u0159esn\u011b. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Restaurace je rozd\u011blena na 3 j\u00eddelny a interi\u00e9r je inspirov\u00e1n „hutongy“, star\u00fdmi \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdmi uli\u010dkami. V interi\u00e9ru je mo\u017eno vid\u011bt repliky staro\u017eitn\u00fdch dve\u0159\u00ed, hedv\u00e1bn\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bsy a \u010derven\u00e9 \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 lucerny, v\u0161e navr\u017een\u00e9 do posledn\u00edho detailu. Interi\u00e9r je p\u011bkn\u00fd a \u010dist\u00fd. V\u00fdhledy z restaurace jsou vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed, pokud m\u00e1te \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed a po\u010das\u00ed je hezk\u00e9. Do restaurace jsem p\u0159ijel ochutnat Feng Wei Brunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specialita restaurace<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Feng Wei Brunch. Vybral jsem si k\u0159ehk\u00e9 vykost\u011bn\u00e9 jehn\u011b\u010d\u00ed \u017eebra marinovan\u00e9 24 hodin, du\u0161en\u00e9 a hluboce sma\u017een\u00e9. Jedna ze specialit t\u00e9to restaurace. J\u00eddlo bylo chutn\u00e9, k\u0159upav\u00e9, jemn\u00e9 a \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9 se specifickou chut\u00ed. K j\u00eddlu jsem si objednal skleni\u010dku Veuve Cliquot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

J\u00eddlo s pit\u00edm a \u00fachvatn\u00fdm v\u00fdhledem z restaurace bylo p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdm z\u00e1\u017eitkem. Cena j\u00eddla a n\u00e1poje \u010dinila p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 450 HK dolar\u016f (50 EUR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K dispozici jsou v\u00edna z Francie, \u0160pan\u011blska, Nov\u00e9ho Z\u00e9landu, Austr\u00e1lie a \u010c\u00edny. M\u00edchan\u00e9 n\u00e1poje jsou tak\u00e9 v nab\u00eddce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
