Restaurace pat\u0159\u00ed skupin\u011b Caf\u00e9 Deco Group, jednoho z p\u0159edn\u00edch provozovatel\u016f bar\u016f a restaurac\u00ed v Hongkongu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed restaurace a prostor<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nach\u00e1z\u00ed se v budov\u011b Elements na ulici Austin Road West v Kowloon-u. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak se dostat do budovy Elements, je vz\u00edt taxi nebo vlak MRT. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b, po tom co jsem se dostal dovnit\u0159 budovy, nebylo pro m\u011b snadn\u00e9 bar naj\u00edt. Trochu jsem se ztratil a nev\u011bd\u011bl, kam sm\u011b\u0159ovat. Nakonec jsem na\u0161el informa\u010dn\u00ed tabuli a n\u011bkoho dal\u0161\u00edho, kdo m\u011bl nam\u00ed\u0159eno do baru Pivo. M\u011bl jsem \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed. M\u00edsto nebylo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pln\u00e9, ale ani pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9. Ve\u010der byl mlad\u00fd a \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l byl prostor baru v\u00edce pln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Pozd\u011bji tam opravdu bylo \u017eivo a ru\u0161no. Pro \u010cecha je n\u011bkdy fajn setkat se s jin\u00fdmi \u010cechy daleko od domova a popov\u00eddat si s nimi. V Pivu bylo dost \u010cech\u016f, N\u011bmc\u016f a jin\u00fdch evropan\u016f \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch a pracuj\u00edc\u00edch v Hongkongu, ale tak\u00e9 mnoho m\u00edstn\u00edch host\u016f. Restaurace m\u00e1 vnit\u0159n\u00ed prostor se stoly pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed j\u00edst a p\u00edt, a venkovn\u00ed prostor, kter\u00fd se otev\u00edr\u00e1, kdy\u017e je venku hezk\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V nab\u00eddce jsou \u010desk\u00e1, nebo i mo\u017en\u00e1 n\u011bmeck\u00e1 j\u00eddla, jako klob\u00e1sov\u00e1 m\u00edsa s ho\u0159\u010dic\u00ed, pe\u010den\u00e9 vep\u0159ov\u00e9 koleno s k\u0159enem a ho\u0159\u010dic\u00ed, gul\u00e1\u0161ov\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka pod\u00e1van\u00e1 v chlebu, vep\u0159ov\u00fd \u0159\u00edzek apod. Najdete zde tak\u00e9 j\u00eddla jako mu\u0161le na pivu nebo \u201cfish and chips\u201c, kter\u00e1 rozhodn\u011b nejsou velmi \u010desk\u00e1, ale host\u00e9 sem samoz\u0159ejm\u011b p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed z r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed sv\u011bta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
